Paper Submission

Follow the structured guidelines below to ensure your paper meets the conference requirements.

Author Guidelines

All submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process to ensure academic quality and relevance. Please submit your full paper only after your abstract has been officially accepted by the Scientific Committee and your conference registration has been completed (including payment of the registration fee).

Paper Length and Structure:

Recommended length:Approximately 5,000 words (maximum).
Page range: Ideally 8–10 pages, including tables, figures, references, and appendices.

Each paper must include:

Abstract:up to 150 words.
Keywords: 3–5 relevant terms
Author details: The first footnote should include each author’s full name, academic/professional qualifications, institutional affiliation, and current position/title

Formatting Requirements

Language: British English
Font:Times New Roman, size 12, regular style
Page setup: A4 size, single column
File format: 2.5 cm on all sides
Line spacing:Single
File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
Page numbering: All pages, including figures and tables, should be numbered consecutively

Please ensure your paper is written clearly and free from grammatical errors before submission.

Submission Process

Papers must be submitted before the stated deadline, following these guidelines.
The review committee typically provides feedback or a decision within a week of submission.
All submissions must be in English and in MS Word format.
Send your full paper by email to [email protected] with the subject line: “Full Paper Submission – [Conference Name/ID]”

Publication

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings shortly after the event.
Each proceedings volume will carry a unique International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) and/or International Standard Book Number (ISBN).
